When you submit the assessment request form on this site, we collect what you enter into it: your phone number and your email address. The form does not ask for your name, address or any payment details.
When you call the number shown on this site, your call is connected through a call-tracking service. It records the number you called from, and the date, time and length of the call, so we can tell which pages generate enquiries. We do not record calls.
Our hosting provider produces aggregate traffic statistics — pages viewed, approximate region, referring site. These are not tied to you personally. This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies for tracking.
To respond to your enquiry and arrange the free assessment you asked for. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere.
Two service providers handle data so this site can work. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes:
— A form-delivery service, which passes your submission to our inbox.
— A call-tracking service, which connects and logs calls to the number on this site.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like your information deleted, call us and ask — we will do it.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the number below. You do not have to submit a form to make a privacy request.
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
